Designed as an unlikely solo for Guillaume Martinet, Croûte is created live, between an outside eye and a performer moving forward without looking at themselves. For Martinet everything is play material: space, constraints, accidents. 

Croûte is the result of over ten years of research in expressive juggling and physical humor, pushed to the tipping point. Each performance is born in 24 hours tailored to the space. It is physically engaged, radically contextual and performed with a delightfully absurd virtuosity.
